Hello, and thank you for visiting. I am a highly experienced professional copywriter and marketing consultant based in the West Midlands, serving clients both within the UK and further afield.
After studying Marketing (BA Hons) at university, I spent three years working in-house for a leading digital marketing agency before establishing myself as a freelance copywriter and content writer in 2012.
Earlier in my career, I worked as an NUJ journalist serving local and national newspapers, magazines, and online news aggregation agencies.
My marketing background, commitment to excellence, and goal-oriented approach to every project mean that I simply produce premium quality content for all of my clients, time after time.
I don't think of copywriting as just a job — it is my calling. I find the psychology of marketing fascinating, and draw on my experience and insights to write relevant, targeted copy for every audience.
As well as using my skills to create effective marketing materials, I also write a significant amount of content about marketing itself; what sells, what works, what doesn't work and why, and much more.

The demographics that I find the most interesting are also those that many businesses have problems targeting; Millennials and “Xenials" respectively.
Whilst everyone knows what Millennials are (even if not everyone agrees on their exact age range), the Xenial cohort is somewhat more obtuse.
Xenials are often described as having experienced an “analogue childhood and digital adulthood,” and as a member of said demographic myself, I think this summarises things quite effectively!
